International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. As an Olympic sport, Wrestling Canada Lutte will be rallying through a social campaign to celebrate Wrestling Canada Lutte, Canadian athletes and IWD by highlighting gender equality and women participating in sport in an Olympic year.
