Jessica Brouillette hails from Barrie, Ontario and is a member of the Brock Wrestling Club. Brouillette has won a gold medal at the 2017 Jeux de la Francophonie and bronze at the 2016 World University Championships, both in the 63 kg weight class. In 2017-2018, Brouillette was named Brock Female Athlete of the Year and was presented her award by her coach and former Olympian Tonya Verbeek whom Brouillette considers to be a huge inspiration to her.
