• (September 26, 2023) – IN THE MATTER OF A WCL DISCIPLINARY COMPLAINT, Lúcás Ó’Ceallacháin and Ed Zinger AGAINST David Spinney, the Panel determined that the Respondent has committed violations of the 2017 and 2021 WCL Codes of Conduct, by Decision of Panel Daniel Ratushny dated July 31, 2022, and confirmed by SDRCC Panel Peter Lawless dated September 6, 2023. • (June 20, 2023) – IN THE MATTER OF A BCWA DISCIPLINARY COMPLAINT, Madison Payette AGAINST Aso Palani, the Panel determined that the Respondent was found to have breached BCWA’s Code of Conduct, by Decision of the Panel Adjudicators Jeffrey Raphael (Chair), Ann Peel, Kate Scallion dated May 3, 2023. • (August 14, 2021) – IN THE MATTER OF A WCL DISCIPLINARY COMPLAINT AGAINST Marty Calder, the Panel has determined that although the Respondent was found to have breached Section 27 of the Discipline Policy, in the circumstances of the case, it is appropriate that no sanction be imposed on the Respondent, by Decision of Panel Adjudicators Hon.
