Lee captured his second straight silver medal, this time at 80 kg, at the Cadet Pan Am Championships in 2018.

At the 2017 Cadet World Championships, Lee finished 21st at 76 kg.

Lee took home silver at his first Cadet Pan Am Championships at 76 kg in 2017.
