Wrestling Canada Lutte Announces Departure of High Performance Manager
(Ottawa, ON) Wrestling Canada Lutte today announced the resignation of Alex Davidson as High Performance Manager, effective July 20, 2015.
“On behalf of Wrestling Canada Lutte, I would like to sincerely thank Alex for his contributions to wrestling in Canada, and wish him every success in his future endeavours,” said Tamara Medwidsky, Executive Director at Wrestling Canada. “He brought passion, dedication and energy to wrestling, and was an instrumental member of our team and will be sorely missed here.”
Davidson has been with the organization for the last 18 months as the High Performance Manager, and was responsible for working with the National Coaches on the planning and delivery of all aspects of the high performance and national team programs, including Integrated Support Team (IST) services, the carded athlete program, anti-doping and major Games.
