I was hoping for gold, you know, I was hunting for it, but I learned a lot and we’re happy especially about the experience. I’m just happy to be on the podium

What was difference between her morning and afternoon bouts?

I underestimated Nigeria, she was so powerful like you saw her throughout the day, she’s been rocking it. I just wasn’t quite prepared for her to be as strong as she was. But she’s so long! You don’t get those girls at 53kilos very often. But I came back, and I knew what I needed to do. I was ready to go kick some butt and stand on that podium.
