Independent Third Party
As part of our commitment to Safe Sport, WCL has enlisted the professional services of ITP Sport as our independent third party service provider. ITP Sport has partnered with Whistleblower Security Inc. to provide clients with a secure and independent reporting intake and case management system.

- (September 26, 2023) – IN THE MATTER OF A WCL DISCIPLINARY COMPLAINT, Lúcás Ó’Ceallacháin and Ed Zinger AGAINST David Spinney, the Panel determined that the Respondent has committed violations of the 2017 and 2021 WCL Codes of Conduct, by Decision of Panel Daniel Ratushny dated July 31, 2022, and confirmed by SDRCC Panel Peter Lawless dated September 6, 2023. - (June 20, 2023) – IN THE MATTER OF A BCWA DISCIPLINARY COMPLAINT, Madison Payette AGAINST Aso Palani, the Panel determined that the Respondent was found to have breached BCWA’s Code of Conduct, by Decision of the Panel Adjudicators Jeffrey Raphael (Chair), Ann Peel, Kate Scallion dated May 3, 2023.
