The NextGen Coach & Pathway Manager will coordinate NextGen Athletes and implement the NextGen program that feeds into the national performance objectives. The focus of the program will be to deliver on national objectives as determined by WCL, and supported by CSI-O, INS-Q, CSI-P and Own the Podium.
