Respect in Wrestling Survey
In early February 2016, Wrestling Canada Lutte completed an extensive Risk Management Workshop that was designed to help us identify, assess, plan for, and manage the high-level risks within our organization. We ended the workshop with a detailed “risk registry” and a path forward for our future risk management initiatives.
As part of this process, we are inviting any of our stakeholders and partners to complete a “Respect in Wrestling” survey to reveal current opinions and feelings about respect in the wrestling environment. We are also interested in the perceived availability and need for harassment policies, complaint / reporting procedures, and respect training for individuals involved in wrestling.
Please CLICK HERE to access the survey (will close on July 20, 2016 at 12 pm noon eastern).
We believe that your contribution will help drive the successful creation and implementation of new risk management initiatives and help us determine the best way forward. The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete depending on how much detail you want to add. The survey is anonymous and we hope you will provide as much honest feedback as you can.
Thank you for your ongoing commitment and interest in the development and success of wrestling in Canada.
