Building on all the significant work done on safe sport at Wrestling Canada Lutte (WCL) to date, including membership consensus from last year’s annual meetings that WCL and its members commit to adopting one set of policies (and adoption being a requirement of being a member in good standing with WCL), we are now seeking broader consultation on this policy suite by engaging the community via a series of upcoming town hall meetings. The dates for these town halls are now set for each member group:

Officials: November 18th, 2020 – 7-10pm ET

*Please note that the Zoom software that will host these town halls will allow for a maximum of 100 participants. Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis.

The objective of these town hall meetings is to advance the dialogue, and build consensus and commitment related to the implementation of the Safe Sport Policy Manual within the various jurisdictions of the wrestling community, in a way that is bigger than policy adaption.
