Wrestling Canada Lutte will be hosting its first of four Innovation for Gold webinars starting next Friday, February 5th from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm EST!

The goal of these webinars is to help coaches design better progressions for their athletes helping improve their performance in both leg attacks and leg defence on the mats. The webinars will be led by WCL Performance Analyst David Lopez and Mental Performance Lead Dr. Judy Goss.
