Wrestling Canada Lutte is pleased to announce a partnership with RBC Training Ground in an effort to discover the next generation of Team Canada.

RBC Training Ground is an athlete identification and development program aiming to uncover athletes with Olympic podium potential and provide them with access and funding for high-performance sport.

Athletes will test their speed, power, strength and endurance in front of the top coaches and sport officials in Canada. In 2017, RBC Training Ground tested over 2,100 athletes over the course of 26 events.

Chosen athletes will receive additional assistance such as funding, resources, coaching and/or mentorship from the Canadian Olympic Foundation and RBC.

RBC Training Ground is open to athletes ages 14-25 – the future generation of Team Canada.

Events will take place across Canada from January 20 to September 23, 2018.
