This year, one Canadian wrestler reached the podium at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Erica Wiebe from the Dinos Wrestling Club won a gold medal at 75 kg and the title of Olympic Champion. She will receive an award of $10,000.
