Wrestling Canada Lutte announces hiring of new Domestic Development Manager
Wrestling Canada Lutte is pleased to announce that Kyle Hunter will be joining the Association as Domestic Development Manager. Kyle brings with him a wide variety of experience in amateur sport as a high performance athlete (badminton), coach and administrator.
As former Executive Director of Badminton Canada, Kyle was instrumental in leading the sport’s development and implementation of domestic programs, such as Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) and coach development through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). He has a strong understanding of the Canadian sport system and also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in event management.
As Domestic Development Manager, Kyle will be responsible for the development and administration of a comprehensive development system for Wrestling Canada Lutte which includes: coaching development and education; athlete development at the domestic level leading towards Canadian Championships; domestic event support and participation program delivery.
